On his way home he saw a small hole in the dike. He put his fat finger inside the hole. He called for help but no one came. HE continued to call but no one came. Then he prayed, he got an answer to just stay there. So the boy stay then night there even though he was uncomfortable and cold.  Someone finally found him. The boy said to get his parents. Cole's Story

Cole was assigned to tell a story out loud .  As he told the story I typed it up.
Here it is!

Everly And The Boat

One fine summer morning Everly was playing with the sand at the beach. She saw a big fish and wanted to get in the water with it. She went into the water, and got deeper and deeper into the water. Then Everly sunk deep into the water! She saw a big black floating thing with a big black chain and an anchor at the bottom. It got closer and closer to her until she could grab it. It pulled her higher and higher until she was out of the water. Then she got onto the boat. There were three men. They fed her babyfood and called around to find out who she belonged to. They wondered why there was a baby girl in the water.  They found her address in her pocket. This helped them find who she belonged to so she could go home.  She was happy to be home.
